Vineyards

Our Rosé of Pinot is a blend of 3 vineyards; Ruxton, TnT & Occidental Road. Each Vineyard is within 5 mile radius all between to the town of Occidental and Graton.

Winemaking

The 2007 growing season was one of the best we have ever seen and was great for all varietals we produce. This very fresh Rosé was made from the saignée method of bleeding juice from the tanks of Pinot Noir. Slow cold stainless steel fermentation. The wine never saw any wood and was bottled in January 2008.

Winemaker's Notes

Rosé of Pinot Noir has soft peach like color with a fresh scent of rose pedal with wild strawberry and pink grapefruit. The palette offers a refreshing blend of strawberry raspberry with a clean finish with soft acidity.
